For attendees, Help Desk works as tech support during the live event. While organizers are busy managing other functionalities, a Help Desk plays a very important role in helping users with their tech and non-tech questions.
To add a Help Desk representative, follow the below steps:
To set up the help desk click on the Miscellaneous icon and post that you will be able to find Help Desk Setup Icon on the right side click on that and complete the further steps.
