When you enter the platform the first place you land is the lobby and on the header, you can find all the navigation shortcuts which can help you explore different functionalities of the platform.

Using the conversation icon, the user can enter into a 1-1 chat with other attendees.
Notification:
Users will be able to check all the notifications here. Common notifications & personalized notifications could be seen here.
Help Desk:
