Choose Lobby Background Image from available options in Our Library.

Intro Video/After login video:

• Intro Video allows organizer to integrate an event welcome video or a walkthrough video of the environment to give a life-like experience.

• Upload a video (MP4, AVI or MOV) of up to 50 MB by clicking Browse under the Upload section and selecting the video in the system.

Widget Setup

Lobby Widget - Add Multiple Functionalities Like 

• Media (Image or Video), 

• Buttons (Internal location or External Link), 

• Ticker (Text scroller on the Lobby),

• File (PDF) or

• iFrame (Pop up screen of an external link in the lobby) 

Media Lobby Widget - Image

• Type in Image name to recognize among other widgets.
  

• Choose Image file type, Upload or URL.

• If selected URL, Paste image URL in URL box & if selected Upload, upload the file through browse button in Upload tab.

• “Enable Redirection” allows an image to be hyperlinked to an internal location of event or an external link. If chosen internal, select zone where to redirect. If chosen external, enter an URL to open when clicked upon.

• Setup Image placement using cursor over image and resize image using the cursor on the edge of image. Click on Update Widget.

Media Lobby Widget - Video

• Type in Video name to recognize it among other widgets.

• Paste Video URL (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.)
  

• Below Video URL, Choose the video options you want to keep like Auto play, Mute video (by default, users can unmute), or play on loop.

• Click on Update Widget.

Media Lobby Widget - Carousel

• Type in Carousel name to recognize among other widgets.

• Add an image (Paste URL or Upload), same as the image media widget.

• Enable redirection (Internal or External) and set it up in the same manner as did in Images Media Widget.

• Add multiple images by clicking Add More Images.

• Setup position and size of Carousel.

• When done, click Update Widget.

Lobby Widget - Button

• Go To or Hotspot are redirection widget buttons that can be used to place a button anywhere in the lobby to redirect users to different locations (internal or external).

• Hotspot - A blinker representation of a button.

• Go To - Text or an Image representation of a button.

Lobby Widget - Ticker

• Enter ticker text in the Text field.

• Set the position and size of ticker.

• Click Update Widget.

Lobby Widget - File

• Enter File Name to recognize among other widgets.

• Upload File Thumbnail to present.

• Choose PDF File Type (Paste URL or Upload) and add the file.

• Update Widget.

Lobby Widget - iFrame

• Enter iFrame external URL (Game, Photo Booth, etc.).

• Setup position and size of iFrame.

• Update Widget.
