As a help desk representative, you will responsible for providing technical support and assistance to users of the platform. This may include troubleshooting issues with login, audio/video functionality, and platform navigation. They should also be able to answer questions and provide guidance on how to use the platform's features and tools. Additionally, they should be able to communicate effectively with users and provide timely and accurate responses to inquiries.
