Setting event as per a particular time zone is very important.
The base timezone in which the organiser would wan to see and experience the agenda/schedule needs to be setup, for attendees agenda & schedule timing will be shown based on system timezone as default but attendees can change the timezone in the profile section to match it with event time.
For example:
If the event time zone is set as IST and your system time zone is set as PST timezone, then your event will be shown in PST timezone, if you change it from my profile section then you can watch the event is IST timezone
