Are you speaking at our platform? Awesome, we are delighted to welcome you on board. Now it’s time to prep yourself for your online event.

 
Speakers' Best Practices - Requirements

 

Walkthrough Video guide:




Step 1:You will have an invitation email to join the event sent by your event organizer. 
Please use the enclosed link or CTA "Enter Event" to join.




Step 2: Login using the email ID and verify through an OTP, or you can also log in using social logins.

USE EMAIL ADDRESS ONLY THAT'S ASSIGNED THE SPEAKER RIGHTS






Once you have logged in on the online event platform, you will land at a virtual lobby.


















Step 3: Go to "Schedule" &  Select your Session.

On the Schedule, you will see the following information.

  • Date and Time of all the sessions

  • Sessions and brief descriptions.

  • Speakers and details about them.





Step 4: Go Backstage

Click the “Go Backstage” CTA to get ready for your session or interact with the host and other speakers. You can also use it to know them before you go live. 



Step 5: Run a system check compatibility test to avoid any last-minute errors.


Test Devices:





  • You are now all set to meet the organiser and other speakers to prepare for the session.

Audience Interaction


Chat - Front-stage chat allows you to chat with people attending sessions.
Polls - Take audience opinion & check the results live.
Q&A - Take questions from the audience with the Q&A tab.
Join - Allow attendees to join you backstage by accepting their requests.
People - Shows you people attending a session.

  • Please have your presentation open in the background, and share your screen to check if it’s working fine.
  • When the show starts, just wait for the host to invite you; that’s your cue to start and take the show ahead.




Quick Tips:

  • Please have a stable and good internet connection.

  • A noise-free ambiance is conducive to smooth interaction.

  • It is recommended to use a laptop with a Chrome browser.

  • Restart the browser to avoid issues (if you face any) due to caching.

  • An external and good headset with a mic is recommended, though not mandatory.

  • If you have difficulty seeing other speakers’ or the host’s feed, please refresh the page, or restart the browser and ensure that you close any other conferencing tools you may have opened concurrently.
