Add Speakers in Admin Panel

To add speakers on the event, there are two ways :
  • Enter individual speaker details and add by making multiple entries.
  • Download a sample csv file, enter the speakers data and upload it on the admin panel.

Assigning Speakers to Respective Session

For organizing sessions, we need to align speakers to their respective session so that they can come and take the mic on the stage.

To add speakers to session, go to schedule and select session in which you want to add speakers to. Chose speakers name who are part of that session and submit.

Setting Up Session Backstage

Session organizer join the backstage prior to session to align scenes to be all set to organize the show like a pro.

Create all the scenes on the basis of show flow; scenes are basically templates created like One speaker, Two speakers together, Speaker with Image, Holding slide, videos, etc. It can be done from selecting speakers tab on the left side, which will show you all the speakers who are part of the session, select add to scene. For media, go to media tab and upload image/video and add it to scene. Extras provide you with features like timer, confetti, etc.

  • Use “+” icon to add new scenes and manage scene by selecting the scene you want to edit.
  • Add Speakers to the scene using Add to Scene button; a scene can have up to 8 speakers.
  • Upload Images using Image section (JPEG & PNG).
  • Upload Videos (up to 50 MB) or add an embed of video (for larger videos) using Video section.
  • Manager extra features like Timer, Confetti, etc. during the event.

  • Frontstage Chat is a public chat where people can interact with each other and with speakers.
