Sending Speakers Live

  • Let speakers know their cue to know when they are live.
  • Ideally, use an opening image in the start of the session by adding an image to the scene.
  • Send image to stream.
  • When speaker is all set to start the show, send him/her live on stage.
  • Remove their scene once they are done.

Use Media

  • There is option for Images (Jpegs & PNG) and Videos (mp4, up to 50 MB) or an embed of video.
  • Upload Image/Video by simply drag and drop on Image or Video section or by browsing through computer and Add.
  • Add Image/Video to the scenes and push them as per the show flow timeline or whenever required.
  • Use media as fillers, at the start of the session, end of the session and in transition or any technical error.

Tips for Backstage Organizer

  • Join Backstage before any speaker joins in and set up scenes before the session.
  • Backstage communication, speakers training & cuing speakers.
  • Have an easy access of show flow to manage the sequences seamlessly.
  • Remind speakers if they haven’t joined in.
