Sending Speakers Live
- Let speakers know their cue to know when they are live.
- Ideally, use an opening image in the start of the session by adding an image to the scene.
- Send image to stream.
- When speaker is all set to start the show, send him/her live on stage.
- Remove their scene once they are done.
Use Media
- There is option for Images (Jpegs & PNG) and Videos (mp4, up to 50 MB) or an embed of video.
- Upload Image/Video by simply drag and drop on Image or Video section or by browsing through computer and Add.
- Add Image/Video to the scenes and push them as per the show flow timeline or whenever required.
- Use media as fillers, at the start of the session, end of the session and in transition or any technical error.
Tips for Backstage Organizer
- Join Backstage before any speaker joins in and set up scenes before the session.
- Backstage communication, speakers training & cuing speakers.
- Have an easy access of show flow to manage the sequences seamlessly.
- Remind speakers if they haven’t joined in.
- Check if all the speakers are added to the respective session.
