How to schedule a meeting:

To schedule a meeting with attendee you need to first login to platform using your booth owner email address


1.Then click on your booth 


2.check live attendees and attendees tab 


3.click on schedule a meeting icon 


4.Select the time slot and Send Request to attendees

What is my Availability:

You can specify the date and time you are available to meet other People. With that, you will only receive Meeting requests for the times they marked as available, making the networking experience more pleasant.


Once you click on Manage availability, you will see a list of all the available Meeting Slots (created by the Event Organizer). Those will all be pre-selected, and you simply need to de-select the slots that you want to make yourself Available
