These virtual tables work on a first-come, first-serve basis, and attendees can join any available table or create their own. Networking rooms provide a great opportunity for attendees to interact and network with each other, just as they would at an in-person event. 


How to join

To join a networking room on Mixhubb:

Click on the Rooms icon from the event header space > and join the table of your interest

Click on the address bar > Lock Icon > Allow Mic & Camera

If it’s an ongoing discussion you directly join a table 

If the table is not active you may have to wait for other to join or invite live users of the platform to join the table 

How to invite another attendee to join: 

Join the table> click on invite icon> see the list of online attendees> send invite > video call starts
