Walkthrough Video of Video and Chat On the Booth:
As a booth member, it's important to learn about how to interact with Live attendees at booth using chat or video calling features to discuss future ventures, collaborations, or business opportunities
There are 4 ways to connect:
1 Initiate a chat
2 Receive a chat message
3 Initiate a video call
4 Receive a video call request
Initiate a chat:
Click on live users icon > check the list of users online at booth > click on chat icon > type the message
Receive a chat message:
At times attendees see the list of booth representatives and and also initiate a chat
Checkout the messages sent by attendees on the conversations icon
click on chat icon > check messages > open chat > reply
Initiate a video call
Click on live users icon > check the list of users online at booth > click on video icon > wait for video window to popup after attendees accept request
Receive a video call request
Whenever an attendee initiates a video call request to you, a popup will appear on your screen to accept or decline the request
Receive a prompt > accept > Join video call at interact
