Here's the process to access edit and manage your booth:

Login to platform using booth owner email address:

Please check your inbox and find the booth invitation link

Booth owners will receive an email with the subject “Booth Owner on Board Email”, which you need to use to log in to the platform.

Also search noreply@emails.mixhubb.io in the junk/spam folder

Click on the tab > and login using the email address given below the icon

Note: If you did not get an invitation email due to some technical reasons, you can ask the event organizer for the global event link. Register for the event using the same email used to add you as a booth exhibitor and go to your booth.

Go to exhibition area and browse through your booth:

Click on “Exhibition” Icon to enter the booth zone, wherein, you will be able to see all the exhibition booths of the > select your booth and enter

You can search the name of the booth in the search box or directly click on the booth you own

Edit booth:

You would be able to access your booth directly in edit mode. Then, you can set up the booth accordingly

Click on Edit Booth from the bottom right side of the page to customize and setup:

Basic details:

A preset data will be filled by the organizer at the time of creating your account from the master backend you can Edit the basic details of your booth such as:

Basic details includes:

Booth Name: Display of brand name to all attendees
Booth Description: Display of brand brief details in the booth listing page

Booth Background: This is the backdrop of your booth.
Branded booth JPG, you can use the existing templates options and brand them, or upload your own background.

While setting up your booth background, a preset template must be already selected by the organizer you can select the booth style and type as per your choice or upload you own booth image:

To upload you own booth (3D or a 2D image) image:

Recommended booth dimensions - 16:9
Supported formats - JPEG, PNG
Maximum file size up to 5 MB.

To edit or remove the image uploaded, kindly click on the uploaded image and select the delete option or edit option to re-upload the image.

Booth Logo: Appears on the booth listing page

You can enable or disable a few features according to needs.

Chat: Allow all event attendees to interact with each other in an event-wide chat room - all chats are visible to all

Q&A: Allow attendees to submit questions and upvote on other posted questions

Polls: Ask poll questions during an event and allow attendees to respond

Files: Add files that will be available for attendee to download (Video - pdf - image)

Request to Join: Allow event attendees to request to join and send chat and video call request to booth owners

Live users: List of attendees who are live at your booth - As a booth owner don’t miss out on live users

Files upload
Add files to the booth so that the prospects can have access to the extra information about the exhibition or the products or services exhibited. The resources link will be hyperlinked to the booth. You can only add up to five resources in a single booth.

Click on add files>

Type file name( appeared to attendees) > select file type (Video - PDF- Image )

Drag and Drop for - Image and PDF

Embed Youtube/Vimeo link for - Video

Widgets can be used to completely brand and make the background completely engaging Using:

Tickers
Banners
Carousels
I frame
Go to hotpots and custom buttons

Exhibitor/ Booth Owner Best Practice:

Browser: Suggestive Google Chrome
Internet speed: Minimum upload speed of 5 Mbps and download speed of 10-12 Mbps
Close all other applications/ tools accessing mic and camera in the background
Disable VPN & Firewall ad blockers if any
Enable microphone and camera
Assign representatives to chat and network
Stay active at booth
Upload Files and videos

Edit booth using A raster graphics editor that allows users to create and edit images interactively on the computer screen and save them in one of many raster graphics file formats such as JPEG, PNG, and GIF.
