The pre-event checklist will help attendees to enjoy and experience the hassle-free event.

Must-Do Checklist


 1Grant permission

  • Microphone and camera


2. Ensure

  • Chrome browser with version 79 or higher (recommended) on a laptop or desktop 
  • Check list of supported browser for mixhubb
  • Internet Speed Requirement VPN & Firewall Minimum upload speed of 5 Mbps and download speed of 10-12 Mbps 
  • Close all other applications/ tools accessing the mic and camera in the background 


3. Disable

  •  VPN & Firewall 
  • Ad blockers if any 


Should-Do Checklist


1. Joining link


  • Register for the Mixhubb event
  • Log in using your email or via Google/Facebook/LinkedIn 
  • Fill/Verify the details on the registration form. 
  • Log in using your same email id used while registering or by using your preferred social media handle
  •  Add Event/ Sessions to the calendar once the registration is completed 


2. Profile Management


  • Click on “My Profile” then click “Edit Profile” and update your details accordingly  
     


Good-To-Know-Checklist


1. Live event Activity


Live Session Interaction:

● Indulge in Chats and post your questions in Q&A

● Participate in Polls 

● Use to join button to join the live stage with hosts and speakers for a live interaction 


2. Networking Rooms Interaction


● Join the table to interact with other participants

● Send an individual or public invite using Invite to table option 


3. Explore Booths


● Meet Booth owners inside their booths and post your queries on the booth chat box 

● Find exhibitor's resources like marketing collaterals, social media plugins, and videos inside the exhibitor booth 



Connection speed

Hosts and Speakers are requested to have a stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mb/s(Upload and download) for optimal results.
A few checks to ensure connection stability:
  1. Run your speed test here.
  2. Make sure that not more than two people are using the same connection.
  3. Connect to an Ethernet over a WiFi to have a smooth experience.

Participants are recommended to have a minimum speed of 10 Mb/s(Up and down) for better results.
