Steps to Join and watch sessions on Mixhubb

The Session, in any event, is a discussion on any defined agenda which includes a host and the speakers who are usually the chief guests, scholars, achievers, or pioneers of that particular field.

1. Register for the Mixhubb event

Use the event link provided by the organizers to reach the event landing page. This page will display the event details like title, date, time description, event partners, etc.
Click on the "Enter now" button. You'll be requested to log in using your email or via Google Id/Facebook/LinkedIn.

Upon signing up, you will then have to fill in asked details on the Registration page.

2. Enter Mixhubb

The event will open up only when the event organizer starts it. Use the attendee registration link provided to you, and you'll land on the event window where you have to click on the "Enter event" button.
Log in using the same email id used while registering or by using your preferred social media handle.

3. View Lobby

As you will enter the event you will be landing in the Lobby area which is the welcome area for attendees. in this area you will also find the different Navigation buttons on the top header click on the schedule to find your desired session to join in.

Join session

To join the session click on the "Watch session" Button and you will be entered into that particular session.

In the attendee view your centre screen will be the main video food, where all the content will be playing and on the right side of the screen there would be some engagement options available.

Interactions During the Session

When accepted, set up your camera and microphone, and click Join. Choose a Microphone from the dropdown you want to use to capture your audio & Choose the camera you want to use to capture your video.

Backstage

Mute/Unmute using the Mic button.
Start/Stop the video using the camera icon.
Leave backstage by clicking on “End”

Replay the session recordings:

Once the event has ended, then the Attendees will be able to watch the Session again. In that case, the attendee can revisit the Sessions Tab and re-watch the Session by clicking on Watch Session Tab. Please refer to the image below to navigate the feature:
