Looking forward to attending a Mixhubb event? Well, we’re sure you're going to love the experience. So, to help you get acquainted with the platform, we'll go over some Mixhubb fundamentals. Let’s go.

When you come across a Mixhubb event that interests you, the first thing you need to do is register for the event.

• Use the event link provided by the organisers to reach the event landing page. This page will display the event details like title, date, time description, etc.
  
  

• There are 2 ways you can register for the event:
  
  a) OTP Verification: After filling in the email address followed by an OTP 
  or
  b) SSO:  you can also Register using the single sign-on option using the email accounts that are logged in your system already to save time
  

• After filling in the details click on the "Enter now" Button to get registered for that particular event.

• Upon signing up, you will then have to fill in asked details on the registration page popup form
  

• Don’t forget to block your calendar by clicking on “Add this to my calendar.”

• Once your registration is done you will receive a confirmation mail from noreply@emails.mixhubb.io

Step 2: Enter Mixhubb

Sign-in is possible only on the day of the event or at a time prior to the event decided by the organiser. Use the attendee registration link provided to you, and you’ll land on the event window where you have to click on the “Enter Now” button. Log in using your email or your preferred social media handle.

Step 3: Experience Mixhubb

You will land in the lobby or pre-function area once you enter the platform. If there are any sessions live, there will be a live blinker blinking on the schedule icon; by clicking on that, you can attend your favorite session, or in the meantime, you can explore other features of the platform that are available to you.

Quick Tips:
For a flawless visualising experience on Mixhubb, do keep the following in mind:

• Use a Laptop and Google Chrome to join.
  

• Have a stable and good internet connection
  

• If you have difficulty seeing the speaker’s feed, refresh the page/restart browser, and ensure that you close any other video conferencing tool you may have used recently
