Overview:
Getting feedback about the event from attendees is a really important aspect of an event.
Feedback forms can be created by clicking on the feedback icon in the organizer's backend and entering the details that they want to capture from attendees.
Refer to the below-given video for the same:
To set up a feedback form, go to the event backend & select the feedback tab.
Click on “Create Now”
Enter the event's name in the Name field, and in the Feedback Type field, a default type is an internal form that will be in the Mixhubb platform itself.
Create a feedback form by adding questions from the top-right corner after selecting the default type. Make sure status is enabled to make the feedback form active for users.
Fill in the blanks and modify the form as needed. You are all set to receive your feedback.
